FRM System – A SaaS Project
FRM System is a SaaS solution consisting of a suite of programs for Sports Club Fan Relationship Management. This system has been designed and implemented to effectively manage relationships between a sports club and its fans. With this tool, the club can successfully engage, communicate, and build loyalty among its fan base.
Functionality and Modules
The system consists of several key modules that enable the management of various aspects of the club's relationship with its fans. Below is a description of each module:
Fan Database Module
This module allows for storing fan data. It includes filtering functions that make it easy to search for fans based on specific criteria. Each fan also has a personal profile containing information about their preferences, purchase history, etc.
Ticketing Program Module
This module is used for selling tickets, season passes, and ticket packages. It provides easy management of ticket sales, reservations, and access for fans. With this module, fans can conveniently purchase tickets online, check seat availability, and use various purchasing options.
Communication Module
This module allows the club to communicate with fans through various channels, such as email and messaging apps. The club can send important information, updates, special offers, etc.
Events Module
This module is used for organizing events by the club. The club can create, plan, and promote various events, such as matches, concerts, or player meet-and-greets. Fans can access information about upcoming events, purchase tickets, and reserve seats.
Fan Account Module
This module allows fans to create and manage their accounts. Fans can update their personal data and preferences, view purchase history, manage subscriptions, and use other features available within the system.
Loyalty Program Module
This module enables the club to implement a loyalty program for fans. Fans can collect points for making purchases and participating in club activities. These points can then be exchanged for rewards, discounts, or special offers, contributing to building relationships and strengthening fan engagement.
Permissions Module
This module is used to manage user permissions within the system. The club can assign different access levels depending on the user's role and responsibilities, ensuring proper data protection and system control.
PWA for Ticket Control
Additionally, as part of the project, a Progressive Web App (PWA) has been developed to control tickets at entry points. With this app, club staff can scan ticket QR codes using mobile devices to check their validity and authenticity.
